The "Fresh Fish" series of chopping boards is inspired by the artistic activity of Stefano Pilato from Livorno. The idea of transforming some of his works into concrete objects with a practical function and with serial development was born from the meeting between Stefano Pilato and KnIndustrie. Like Blue Fish, a kitchen chopping board made in Canaletto walnut, ennobled as a sculpture to hang and as a plate for serving cold cuts and cheeses, with its large bowl-shaped eye.
